- Full Legal Name and Address
- Date of Birth and Place of Birth (City, Province, Country)
- Social Insurance Number (SIN)
- Marital Status
- Spouse’s Full Name (including their date of birth if possible)
- Father’s Name and Birthplace
- Mother’s Name and Birthplace
Having these details allows us to complete the necessary government forms accurately and apply for the Death Certificate on your behalf. It is a practical task, but one that is essential to settling the estate and honouring your loved one’s legacy in an orderly fashion.
Step 4: An Executor’s Duty – Securing the CPP Death Benefit
